Lane Reservation Guidelines

• Not all open bowling times and lanes are available to reserve. We keep some inventory for walk-ins.

• If you can't find a reservation time, you can us at 518-302-5249 to inquire about walk-in open lane availability.

• If you have a group larger than what you’re able to reserve yourself, or are interested in whole center rental, please view our Events page.

• If you have any questions, please email us at reservations@bigzsatlakeplacidlanes.com. 

• Please, NO outside food or drink. Food and beverages are available for purchase during your reservation. 

• All reservations are pre-paid and non-refundable, but may be applied to a rescheduled date if the change occurs 48 hours in advance of the reservation. No employee of Big Z’s at Lake Placid Lanes is authorized to supply cash refunds at any time. To reschedule please email reservations@bigzsatlakeplacidlanes.com.

• Your reservation time may not be extended past the allotted time unless we have lanes available. If you wish to bowl more, you’ll need to notify the desk and pay for more time prior to the original time ending. 

• If your group hasn’t shown or called within 15 minutes after your scheduled reservation start time, we reserve the right to use your lanes for other customers. Please note, if you do arrive late, your reservation will still end at its originally scheduled time and we may not be able to give you your full time on the lanes.
